We want you to be fully satisfied with your Paper Rex apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
